Bio

Francoise Debuc is the Founder and Executive Director of Care to Inspire, Inc., a community-based organization dedicated to assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and youth who are underprivileged.

Francoise has always been inspired by mission-driven organizations with values that resonate with her own.  Combining her passion to empower vulnerable population with a desire to drive social good and serve the community, she launched a nonprofit organization with services addressing their needs.

WILFRIED AFOPA

Bio

Wilfried Afopa is an International Banking Advisor for the U.S. Treasury Department. He joined the Office in 2018 after two years spent in the global compliance division of Citigroup. Overall Wilfried has more than 20 years of experience in the US banking industry and the financial services, including a decade with the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and the FDIC. Wilfried also founded Sunugal Education Fund, Inc., a Massachusetts-based grass-root organization supporting an elementary school that he opened in the outskirts of Dakar, Senegal in 1999. The school provided basic education to underprivileged Senegalese children.

Orlando-Wright

ORLANDO WRIGHT

Bio

Dr. Orlando Wright holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Connecticut and a PhD in Human Behavior from Capella University. His current responsibilities include facilitating inter-agency collaboration across hospitals, community-based organizations and the Local Behavioral Health Authorities to optimize and develop behavioral health resources within Montgomery and Prince George County, Maryland. He previously served as the Director of Behavioral Health for Catholic Charities of Greater Hartford and oversaw the Office of Pre-Trial Interventions for the State of Connecticut.

Josephine-Beziat

JOSEPHINE BEZIAT

Bio

Josephine has more than 12 years of Human Resources management experience working in mid-size nonprofit organizations. She is a Senior Manager of Human Resources and Operations for a nonprofit organization leading research and education for clean energy and utilities.

Previously, she worked for organizations such as USA for UNHCR dedicated to protect and empower refugees, and Primary Care Coalition devoted to providing healthcare for underprivileged children, youth, and adults. Additionally, she volunteers for the INROADS program to assist youth with vocational and job interview skills.
